UPDATE: Company reached out proactively after my review to help troubleshoot and offer a refund. Great customer service, i would be comfortable recommending that you try these given the quality of the company.Original content:These look cool, but are very hard to hear out of. If there is background noise, voices are fuzzy and unclear. That's a problem, because if I am using an earpiece over just the plain walkie, I am probably in a space with background noise. You will need to talk right into the mic to be heard, and the ear peice is very uncomfortable. Overall, I would look at other options.

For the price you can not beat it. I have had the radios for awhile now and I host a large fundraising concert and it is just to loud to hear. Then I bought these. SO MUCH BETTER! Just what we needed. Clear, comfortable and very easy to wear. Great value for your money!
