Very easy to install. Get some good lag bolts and make it secure to your wall and your good to go! Build quality is great! Looks good and cleans up the garage. Very functional and retracts at the right tension. Awesome value for the money! A must have for anybody with air tools! 50ft reached to the street and anywhere in my garage. I love keeping things tidy, this helps big time!

This hose reel is awsome i was able to mount it in my garage and get it set up in literally minutes. The spring is strong and reels the hose back up with ease. Overall quality of the hose and reel seems to be good especially at this price point.

It works but if you wind it out it likes to jump off and wind up off spool and then you have 10 mins to fix

Overall, works as expected. I hooked this up in place of a free spool i had coiled up that I use for brad nailing and stapling various wood/cabinet projects. The heavy duty hose is a little cumbersome but not too bad - equivalent in weight and flexibility to the other heavy duty rubber hoses I have used in the past. The extend and recoil spooling action is pretty good also, doesn't take too much effort, but respool is quick and accurate.I'll probably end up replacing the hose with a lighter-duty composite hose eventually due to my use case, but the rubber hose feels high quality and does not leak.Reason for 3 stars was the installation. You shouldn't have to disassemble half of the unit just to install the bracket onto the wall. The 2 outer screws are ok to reach with a few extensions, but the two inner screws are difficult. I used a right angle impact attachment with a super short bit and it works, but the clearance to the center of the spool was very tight, leaving me with using a shorter screw (1.25in). This was of course after I unspooled the entire hose length to get the maximum clearance.
