It is exactly what you need to meet ADA requirements (be sure it's the right L x W). Easy to install; a cartridge of adhesive is supplied, which is almost twice what you need. You will need a caulking gun. I found that the anchor bolts are superfluous. To use them, you will need a good drill, with a 1/4" concrete-cutting bit, but with the adhesive, it's stuck down for good.

Anchor bolts and glue were not included. I ordered 9 yellow pads and one of them came to me in black.

Came with enough glue to glue it down, and plenty of anchors. I have nothing else to say but Amazon requires a certain number of words so I wrote this sentence to make my computer overlords content, even though I think it is ridiculous to require a minimum number of words for a review, but I do believe that there are enough words now - also I apologize on behalf of our computer overlords to anyone that has actually read this far.
