I had this set in a former home & hated no longer having it. As matter of fact that was the ONLY thing I missed. Without it I couldn’t tell what groceries to buy & lost food to stale chips, cookies, crackers because I couldn’t see. I found these on Amazon They arrived faster than promised. Once they were installed it makes my life easier. Food is not lost, shopping is easier because I can see what I need. They are sturdy, well made & have enriched my life in so many ways. A great buy, much cheaper than the exact same set & brand at the store! Love, love, love them!!

As a residential remodeling contractor we have used this product or similar products many times as well as building our own. We have found that this rubber shelf system is probably the most convenient to install of high quality. The price we found here on Amazon was hard to beat

I just bought this and it good quality. Two things to consider. the door shelves are held by 6 short screws and may not support lots of weight especially if the doors are hollow like mine. Also, the swing shelved were identical (hinges on the same side. when they should be mirror images. you dont need to move the hinges just turn one shelf upside down and reverse the shelves (see picture of the first shelf reversed to give you the idea).

I originally installed one of these in my daughter's kitchen. No problems and she loves it. My wife has wanted one ever since and I purchased another one to install in our new house. I actually bought it last May but just started installing it today. Very disappointed in what I received. They sent two of the same hand swinging shelf units when there should have been a left hand and a right hand unit. I removed the piano hinge on one of them and placed it so it became the opposite hand. I should have received extra chrome rails to place on top of the shelf units but did not, even though the directions listed them in the content list. One of the plastic shelf keepers, which holds the shelf in place, was missing. Quality control at Rev-a-shelf has certainly deteriorated. I used to view them as top of the line but now I'm not so sure that I'll purchase any more of their products.

This is a great product. I purchased it when I started building the kitchen cabinets for my new house. When I opened the box and looked at the instructions included, I was VERY disappointed. I call the tech support number on the instructions and they knew little about the product and would not give me any help with how to build the cabinet to install it in. The rev-a-shelf catalog had information on the size of the cabinet, and if I had not looked in the catalog i never would have been able to build the cabinet to fit the product. I had hoped the tech support would give me some help in how to mount the divider the inside units mount or at least give me some load ratings, but they would not. I had purchased a d shaped 5 level lazy Susan pantry unit and Double Electric Assist Waste Containers and both from rev-a-shelf. they came with good instructions and templates to use installing them. I expected the same quality of instructions in this product but was very disappointed.The units are very well built and look great installed. If you are not an engineer or experienced cabinet builder i would not recommend this kit.
