I'm new at 3D printing so I think it's user error. It's packaged very well. It set up easily, but I couldn't get an image to appear of the scanned item on my computer. The computer was old so I updated my desk top, but I still can't get a scanned image to appear on my computer screen. I just need to do more research, but the videos I watched showed how simple the scanner performed right out of the box. I'm hoping to rectify this problem. I waited too long to return it.

When I got my scanner it wouldn’t calibrate so I ended up returning it revopoint support is awesome they care for their product and their customers and they will do everything in their power to help you. I was having a problem with my scanner when I first got it. I didn’t have a really a lot of time to mess with it so I ended up returning it, but they were trying to figure out what was the problem I ended up just buying another scanner from Revopoint but I highly recommend Revopoint products because how they care for there customers.

This was my first voyage into 3D scanning. The value for your money is amazing. It is easy to use. The detail of scanned objects is good for 90% of what you need for. The build quality seems good. The functionality and speed for reverse engineering items that are scanned is amazing.

Möchte hier meine Positiven wie negativen Aspekte des Produktes mitteilen,Positiv: Verarbeitung sehr gut, Preis/Leistung passt.Revopoint hat gute Produkte aber was noch wichtiger ist das der Support super ist.Negativ: Die aufbringbare runde matte mit den Markierungen ist etwas blöd gelöst, da wäre eine magnetische sehr gut gewesen, aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit.Was noch zu betonen ist es handelt sich bei dem Produkt um eine neue Version mit 3 knöpfen außen:start/stop und die anderen beiden für die Neigung der Platte, ausserdem lässt es sich per bluetooh mit dem handy verbinden und darüber noch feiner steuern

Gemakkelijk te bedienen en via je smartphone kan je de snelheid aanpassen. Omdat je de hoek kan verstellen hoef je niet steeds je camera te verplaatsen.Zeer tevreden.
