My 7 yo daughter is excited about having her own set of real tools. She enjoys building, fixing and helping her dad and now she has her own tools to do it. They are lightweight and I feel safe that she knows how to use them on her own (her dad taught her). They look just like her dad’s tools except pink. I like that it comes with a belt and can hold all the tools in it. The quality of the material looks strong and durable. The pink color is so cute. Now she runs to get her tool belt when something needs to be unscrewed lol. Great for the price. Great way to teach kids to be hands on.

I bought this for my 5 year old grandson and he loves it. I’ve even used the hammer a few times. Comes with everything he needs in it! What a great learning set!

Bought this tool belt for my 5-year-old grandson. They are a very good quality of tools they fit their hands very well and the belt is perfect for storage. Have mentioned this to a lot of other children his age

Fantastic, the belt holds a lot of tools. They are real tools. My Great Granddaughters love to putter around with their Dad. This is really a great deal.

I got this set for my 5 year old daughter that loves to help me around the house. We go to the monthly HD kids craft and she enjoys hammering and screwing the little kits together. She's also a "princess" and needs everything pink, so I had to get this for her. It has some great and not so great, so here's my experience.1. The belt can tighten really small, fitting her well. She currently wears a size 4 in kids pants for reference (I think that's about 21 inches?) It's also pretty sturdy, made out of thick canvas with good piping along the edges and nice hooks for the hammer. I don't expect this to fall apart any time soon. I also appreciate that the color hasn't rubbed off on her clothes yet and she's been wearing it constantly since it arrived.2. The screwdrivers are good and the hammer is about what you'd expect. It's legitimate and properly weighted, but the connection between the head and handle is a little sloppy. That doesn't stop it from smashing nails well, though.3. The clamps are junky. They're relatively easy to open, don't close straight, and the little pink ends pop off easily. That said, my daughter likes playing with them.4. The tape measure is ok. No issues (yet) with it hurting her or separating, but the slide to lock it extended is REALLY stiff and hard to use.5. The included metal ruler is really sharp on the edges. I don't let her have that.6. The pink pencils are cute, but would it kill the seller to put erasers on the back? And the pencil sharpener is the kind you can get 20 for a dollar so it works as well as you'd expect.7. The pliers are for real and they include the wire cutters. My daughter is not allowed to carry these around, either. Those are for adult supervision use only.8. The level functions well and even has a top-down view for the center bubble which is a nice touch.Overall I'm sufficiently happy with this set for the cost. I do wish it had included something else instead of that metal ruler and 5 pencils, but they had to save $$ somewhere to be able to sell it at this price, right? I really just got it for the belt and will be gifting my daughter other tools in the future.

I ordered this for my almost three-year-old great nephew. I knew the tool belt would be too large for him but figured he'd have fun with the tools. His daddy is the foreman of a construction business. I was astounded when I opened up the package. I thought the tool belt was leather; it's not. But it is very very well put together, heavy orange canvas, so that didn't make any difference. But the tools--THE TOOLS ARE REAL! And excellent quality. REAL hammer; real screwdrivers--all of the tools are excellent quality; I was very impressed. But I think I'd better not give the set to Robbie yet--he'd probably disassemble the chair; saw the legs off the table; use the hammer in ways which would not be appreciated by his parents. But if you have an older child (I think it's recommended for age 6 and above), it would be a marvelous gift for him--or her!!

Our daughter enjoys helping my husband build and hang things. She loves this tool set. The hammer is actually a real hammer tho. This is not a “kiddie†set. Everything in it can be used to actually build stuff, except the clamps.
