I have gone through a bunch of the name brand utility knives in my shop and around the house. It's pretty common for them to stop holding the blade securely, seize up, or just generally fall apart. I didn't have huge expectations from these because of the price but they're awesome! They seem to be very solid and work great! I'd say they're better than the name brand knives that cost 2x or 3x as much.

This product comes with 2 heavy duty box cutters. One is a low profile, foldable box cutter which is great for a quick use small products such as Amazon packages or other household uses. The other is a full sized box cutter with adjustable blade length trigger, and a storage space for spare blades. The latter box cutter is perfect for work uses and other more heavy duty uses.I make multiple cardboard bales at work, and sometimes thick buildup of cardboard gets caught in the wire channels. The second box cutter is my daily driver for work, easily chewing through the thickest cardboard, with hardly putting a scratch on the box cutter.My only grip with the large box cutter is the blade release button is not in the most ideal spot and can sometimes be pressed unintentionally.This product is a great addition to my work tool arsenal and I highly recommend for anyone who handles a lot of cardboard on a daily basis.

So, while I gave this a 4 star, I felt compelled to lower do to the knife was scraped up and has signs of minor damage to the side.. The fact that at each location of damage was clearly touched up with paint I hope was paint as maybe a magic marker may also have been used..The function is still intact and works perfect I don't see any signs of issues whatsoever other than the company using a poor quality method of touching up a scraped product would it have been nice to get one dollar or three dollars off sure, yet I am sure that the knife will end up getting pretty beat up during the use that I'm going to be putting it through.While the overall color durability the ease of use as well as the comfort when holding it maybe of top notch including the ease of changing out the blades is fantastic including the light weight feeling to where you can slip it into your pocket or nail bag without discomfort.They just need to be a little more cautious on selling scraped up products and having low quality touchup method put in place.

I first only wanted new blades for my Stanley 10-788 that I’ve been using for 20 years. But immediately saw these box cutters with extra blades for less than a pack of Stanley brand blades on here. The reviews were better than Stanley’s, so because of the reviews I figured, eh for 12 bucks I’ll try them and if they suck I’ll just return em, no biggie. I’m so glad I did! These are AWESOME! They’re are a little lighter in weight, but super grippy, have a better angle for holding, and feel extremely sturdy, just as sturdy as Stanley! They’re the exact same length overall and the blades are the EXACT same size and completely interchangeable with my Stanley! Now I basically have three new knives for 12 bucks! Bottom line… GET YOU SOME!!! They’re PERFECT!!!

Both Utility Knife feel solid, the folding knife doesn't come loose after releasing, i like that it lock in 3 angles and it locked tightly. It also comes with a safety plastic clips for the folding knife. On top of 10 pcs extra blade, both knife comes with 1 attached and 3 extra blades in the handle comparement.
