How to Install A New Battery:
- You need to turn off your tablet and disconnect the power.
- Disconnect the connection between the old battery and the motherboard to avoid unnecessary damage caused by disassembling the battery. Then unscrew the old battery screws one by one and carefully save each screw.
- Remove the old battery, carefully install the new battery on the battery case, screw in the screw, and connect the wiring of the new battery.

Tablet Battery Instruction:

There was a bit of a challenge replacing the battery as some screws are very tiny, and the kit didn't include a screw driver small enough, but we got it replaced ourselves, without having to go into a repair shop.

The battery is good, but the tools are poor quality. They don’t give you all of the necessary tools to complete the job. I had to use a razor blade to open the Ipad.

The battery connection (terminals) is too short. It does not project out of the battery enough to connect with the connecting 'pin'. the picture shows the old battery on the right and the Reytric on the left.

When I ordered the new battery, my original iPad batter was down to about 4 hr capacity (down from about 10 when new). The new one is probably between 5-6 hrs, so I supposed I gained some, but not a bunch. That said, the installation was relatively easily done and there's lots of YouTube help out there.

It was evident that this item was not ‘new’ and it did not come with instructions. When I found a YouTube video to replace the battery, I realized I may not be up to the task. And with it not being ‘new’ made me too nervous to attempt to try. What if it didn’t work? Then I would have taken apart my iPad and would then have a new problem, so I ended up returning it.
