RH15A rotary hammer offers 4 different functions: drill only, hammer only, hammer drill and chisel position adjustment. Easily switch between the 4 modes based on your various working scenarios like demolishing walls, breaking floors, drilling holes in cement, decorating houses, etc.
VDT (vibration damping technology) minimizes vibration and limit fatigue for maximum comfort, and increase productivity while using.
SDS-Plus bit system for quick bit change and variety of working application. All metal keyed chuck for durability.
- Dust collector is to protect users and machine from dust and prolong the life-span of the rotary hammer.
- Carbon brush is necessary to be replaced regularly. Please ensure the hammer drill is out of power when replacing.

Had zero experience with this type of drill but it was very easy to figure out and use. I used it to remove a clothes line base and intend to use it again to break up a few squares on a pathway. For what I need and usage this is a perfect tool at a reasonable price.

I have a rotary hammer in the shape of a jackhammer, also electric and actually rated at lower power, 1200W. It came with similar shaped demolition bits as this one, and it doesn't rotate, just hammer. It's hammer stroke is single speed and can't go nearly as fast, but its stroke is much longer. Running it unloaded, you can see the bit go in and out.With the Dovaman unit, of course it's a different shape of tool, and it has many more functions, at about the same price. It seems about as heavy as the demolition hammer. But the hammering action is much shorter. Perhaps that's the "vibration control" (it won't vibrate much if nothing is moving far back and forth) but then what sort of hammering do you get? I think this tool is designed for a different set of hammering tasks, and maybe tile removal as others say is what this excels at. The hammering seems like an impulse, a shock, rather than a strong push.It can also do other things. It can rotate and simultaneously hammer and rotate, if you insert the SDS-plus stemmed 1/2 inch drill chuck, and it comes with a few drills for concrete.With my experience with a demolition hammer, I don't know how this one stacks up against other "drill-shaped" rotary hammers. Even though the power is rated higher than my demolition hammer, I think it would not do as well at demolition, but it might be more controllable in smaller demolition work like removing tile. I do think it will give me capabilities I don't have with the other tool.

All I can say is this thing is a beast and other reviews are accurate. I used it to drill 7/8-inch holes 5 inches deep for garage lift anchors. This thing will eat! Great tool.

Acquistato in sostituzione di un altro trapano tassellatore a batteria preso non su Amazon si è rivelato un ottimo articolo adatto a fare piccoli lavoretti fai da te. Per ora l'ho provato solo come martello per togliere un vecchio rivestimento e fa il suo dovere egregiamente

I had to drill several 4" holes in my walls for ventilation. I went for max power with a clutch. It's a heavy beast, but 1500W of power behind it, what would you expect! It didn't break a sweat at any time. Good drill for someone who isn't drilling all day every day, in which case, I'd say spend the extra on a cordless.
