Like: they are easy to use and the sound quality is loud. I programed them and now she can tell me what she wants, since she is very vocal.Dislike: one of the buttons became stiff and does not work at all. My puppy barely used the one. It got stuck and I cannot fix it.Overall, gave 4 stars due to one not working after I just bought the items.

Flimsy mat won’t keep buttons in one spot. Buttons seemed to be ok without mat it’s useless for us.

The recording on these is very clear and they’re easy to set up. The worst part is that I can’t get my dog to stop pushing the “treat†button
