It worked for the purpose we needed it and wasn't super hard to put together. However, the instructions were absolutely awful and made putting it together much more difficult than it needed to be. They didn't have a list of parts. We didnt use some and didn't even know what they went to. No labels. Otherwise, it was fine.

I truly dislike bi-fold doors, but we have several sets and they'd gone wonky. With this replacement hardware they are working better than ever. Easy install, what are you waiting for?

The Amazon Fulfillment Center in North Little Rock AR sent me an incomplete bi-fold door kit. The manufacturer's package had been opened and numerous parts were missing. Items missing were 2 pcs Top Pivot, 1 pc Bottom Pivot, 1 pc Slide Guide, 1 pc Door Knob and all 12 screws that should be included.Why would Amazon send out an item in such rough condition ? It's obvious this was damaged goods.Is there no Quality Control on what Amazon ships to customers ? My guess this was probably a previous return that Amazon just wanted to pawn off on someone else. And to top it off...when I go to Amazon's site to see about getting missing parts they direct me to call the vendor/manufacturer - Onward. Well I call Onward and they say Amazon stockpiles and ships these items and Onward has no control over what Amazon sends out from their "stock pile". If Amazon ships incomplete kits, Onward will not fix that, it's all on Amazon. So Amazon...please stop sending out damaged/incomplete items. And fix your site information that indicates Onward will help Customers with missing parts...they will not.

The kit includes two sets of accessaries you need to install bifold doors which is surprising to me since the image of the project shows only one set. However, the track is a little wobble and not stable after it was screwed on the place. And the locking screw for locking the sliding block in the track is slightly short which results the lock was not tight enough and block is still moving along the track no matter how much strength you can apply to.

I selected this as it seemed to be a premium bifold door hardware. It was similar to my existing pantry door hardware that had worn out after 40 years. This was a spot on match including that slide in the center. I felt the hardware cost a little more than it should but it was exactly what I wanted, needed, fit perfectly, matched perfectly. I guess I got what I paid for. I recommend this product.
