The plate is nice, but it is thicker than usual. Be aware that it might not fit your plate holder, depending on the one you have on your car.

Looks bright & adds to the appeal of my daughters vehicle. The background is a mirror-like silver & while I thought it might be white the item does state mirror background. It just does not appear as silver/mirror on the Amazon image.

Based on the description i was under the impression that it would be the U on a black background. It's more like a dark chrome but not black. It's still very nice though and seems very sturdy.
