I like the yellow tinting on the covers which is a plus in lower light. The caps stay snug on my rifle scope and the caps stay secured when they are closed. But trying to calculate the correct size cap for your scope can be problematic if you don't measure the outside diameter of your scope correctly. Use an inches to millimeters or vice versa calculator to order the correct size. Order the scope cap with the size that's minimally smaller in diameter (inside measurement of the scope cap in millimeters) than the outside measurement of the scope (in inches). You can convert the outside measurement of the scope (in inches) to millimeters if necessary to give you a better idea what size cap to order.

Item was way too small, I measured 46mm several times, they sent the 46 mm and it is way too small, I can not get it on the scope,there is no stretch to the product...it actually measures 44.5mm, so im gonna try to exchange and get a 48mm and hope it fits 🤷ðŸ½â€â™‚ï¸

I think the actual product would be good for the price if I could get the right 47 mm item in the package. Twice Amazon sent me one of these that says 47 mm on the package but the item inside says 51 and measures way too big for the scope. 51 is molded into the plastic and is very small to see, but it's definitely visible once looking for it. Flops all over my 47mm scope, not even close.....I believe this is the manufacturers issue not checking that the product and label match up. Purchase at your own risk, I wasted a month and a half doing the return process and then getting the wrong one again.

What can yo say about these. If you're lucky enough to have a scope that fits snug they keep water and dirt out. You may have to add a few pieces of tape to the inside if they are slightly large. Seems like all of my scopes fall somewhere in between sizes.

As someone else stated they're sending 39mm in 40 packaging. They're great quality especially for the price. Was actually going to order for another project. The correct size stamp on the inside rim fits true to size, so shouldn't be a need to worry unless you need a 40mm. The 39 *will* work, it just won't last a long time in the elements because it stretches/stresses the rubber.

I used a digital caliper to get the right size for mm. Fits perfect.42mm for back and 47mm for front objective.Releases quietly and smoothly, pops up out of the way. Still pretty clear through scope when in closed position. Yellow cuts down glare if needed.Super fast delivery and much care used to conceal a bit on the porch. Highly recommend
