I just love these boxes. Worth the money, good quality, looks professional. I'm an artist and I was surprised the plastic cover was ok. I wanted glass, but was pleasantly surprised the plastic worked out. Just make sure you clean the dust inside and outside of the boxes. Lots of dust. I'll keep ordering these.

My Father-in-law passed away. He had an iconic old jacket from the 80's he called "The Purple Nurple" ( I have no idea why other than it was purple ). Anyhoosiers, my Mother-in-law gave my daughter permission to cut up the hood of his jacket and make keepsakes for the family. These frames worked great for this!

Cheap plastic inside I tried to wipe clean and it was completely scratched all over - ruined my project and wasted my money and time.

These are lovely. They will be perfect for our Remembrance event. We added our own card and embellishments. Very pleased, especially at this price!I don't believe that the glass is actually glass. This is a good thing for our event. However, it is clear and very nice. Removing the film covering the "glass" was a minor annoyance but not a big deal. They are nice and deep for 5x5 shadow boxes. Much deeper than the same sized boxes from Michael's for 3x the price.

I love these shadow boxes and have bought them many times! But out of 16 in a pack there is inevitably 1-3 that the cover cant come off and it ruins the frame! I just had to discard 2!I'll find a difference manufacturer for sure!

I bought these because they were very inexpensive and I had a few projects I wanted to make. Well sometimes you get what you pay for. Had one fall over on a shelf, not drop but just fall over and the frame cracked at the joint. Had another separate while putting the picture in and just bending the retaining clips it cracked as well. Spend a few extra bucks and get nicer ones if you can find them. Gave it two stars because you get what you pay for I guess.

The interior of the shadow box is not 8x8, they are smaller because the inside spacer is not removable. The black ones are slightly larger than the natural ones, so measure twice and cut once!!! We had to re-cut all of our designs because of the sizing issue. The frame has a plexiglass shield, not glass. These look nice, but they are on the cheaper side of construction. We will buy again because of the price point, but we will measure everything before cutting next time. We wasted a lot of materials getting it right. :(
