It’s hard to find an item that will tolerate, consistent punching.However, this item does .Moving forward, this is the brand I will buy every time I need a replacement.

Like anything rival makes you will get great value and quality. Very sturdy. Don’t have to worry about pads bending back. Pads are slightly on heavier side for paddles if you are looking for super light paddles these aren’t it. But these are great if your train bigger people and save your joints. Love these paddles and am happy with my purchase.
