I assembled a slim 5-21 middle Atlantic products rack with a ton of components inside. It arrived and was a huge upgrade over the hardware store variety with a proper head and leading start to the threads. Put a really heavy Mackie amplifier in with four screws that was super heavy. I didn’t think they would work but it rocked it!!!

Not much to say except these are very high quality screws and special retaining nuts for rack mounting components in a network rack. It would have been great if they were a bit less expensive, but these days one must pay the price for quality.

I got these to go with my RIVECO rack and was planning on using these instead of the silver ones that RIVCO gave me with the rack I purchased. The ones that came with my rack did not fit well already and these only destroyed the threads making the rack un usable. I thew it in the trash and got a different brand all together. One would think the screws that come with the rack and the screws sold on the market by the same brand would fit but nope. Plus these are softer and strip a lot easier than the nickel coated screws. All together I will never buy from RIVECO again.

This fits the rack holes perfectly. To get more depth from the screw the plastic washer can be removed.
