About the use of chamois leather towel:
- Before using the chamois for the first time, you have to thoroughly wash it with warm soapy water until the rinse water no longer has yellow tint.
- Efore each use for car cleaning, the chamois should be rinsed with clean water and completely wrung out.
- After each use a chamois should be thoroughly washed with clean soapy water, rinsed and wrung out repeatedly until clean. Hang it up away from direct sunlight to dry a chamois.

This one's really good I use it on the center console and gauge cluster on my 2021, ive come to find out micro fiber towels scratch all the plastic in my new car. I've been able to cut 3 hand sized cloths and still have half the original cut left. I keep it in a ziploc bag in my center console so it stays clean and the sun doesn't dry it out. 107 here in CA, my car sits in the sun and the cloth is still soft for months. Glad I found this ðŸ‘

It feel is real, and compared with the one fake I had before it dry the surface much faster and it doesn’t left water spots, and my car color is black. Only issue/cons is not too thic/soft and it can be cut or break easy

Description is spot on. The one I received is excellent and has a lot of uses other than automotive. I work it from final fret wipe down after polishing to cleaning of clear coat buffs.

I purchased two of these for a completely different purpose than seller advertised. I bought then for a beaded bag project. Wanted to replicate an Indian pipe bag which was worked in deerskin. Deerskin was way too pricey so I figured I’d substitute sheepskin. These chamois cloths were nicely tanned (they do smell bad at first.. to be expected), a mostly even thickness, but not as thick as I remember my father’s chamois clothes of decades past. They were both good size, as described. For an embroidered and beaded bag project, these are a perfect substitute.

Used it twice and it seemed to work very well. Threw it in the wash with a couple of towels and the Chamois I've had for 15 years and the new one came out with a bunch off holes in it. It's not thick enough to last. I'm returning it.

It's really a big cleaning cloth. Using to clean my eye glasses, made 6 small pieces and suing them at different places like office and home. As per description had washed along with regular cloths on regular home washer and dried in dryer, and still maintaining texture of leather. I am very happy with product.
