Tested the lb rating and it was spot on or better. Not as supple as some, but outkicks its coverage in its weight class and holds knots well.

Good, solid tippet to tie flies on to and small enough so it does not take up a ton of space in your vest or tackle box. Liked the elastic to keep it from unraveling on the spool too. For the amount on the reel and the price, you really cannot go wrong with this!

I got the 4x size because it's all I need. This tippet is perfect for my use: easy to tie on flies, clear fluorocarbon, and easy to keep in a vest pocket or tackle box.I had to chuckle because wrapped around the spool is one of those mini scrunchy things used to tie pony tails. It's a clever solution to making sure the line doesn't go flying all over the place. Just insert the end of the tippet into the cut on the side of the spool and then put the scrunchy thing over the remaining line.I'm very pleased with this tippet, and recommend it.

Ever been out fishing and your leader line breaks or it just starts getting too short after retying a new lure too many times? I usually try not to bring too much out fishing with me and extra leader line usually gets left behind. Not anymore. These are small and travel very well. The little spools also snap together for easy traveling. They also come with this white stretchy band that covers the line so it doesn’t unravel on you. Well thought out and a great product.

I go through a lot of leader a year trout fishing. The 4,5 & 6 size pack handles most of my fly fishing needs. The rated strength seems accurate. It might not be quite as supple as some premium brands costing much more but is working fine for me. Knot strength appears good and overall I am well pleased.

I like this tippet material. It's a well made fishing line, meant to make the final few feet of a fly line present the fly naturally as it lands and sits on the water.I particulary like the three separate spools holding three progressively thinner lines. It's easy to keep handy and easy to pull out exactly how much you need. The elastic bands are marked with the correct tippet sizes to make it easy to keep if from unspooling, and to keep track of the size. This is going into one of the pockets on my fly fishing vest.

Comes in those little sets of three spools attached together. Easy enough to pull apart and replace with other spools. Leaders seem to be holding up and disappear nicely in the water. At this price, hard to beat this set.

This flyfishing tippet will be perfect for largemouth bass. The pounds are perfect. Rather than buying leaders premade at a tackle shop this could be used to make homemaker leaders. The tippet is florocarbin, so when fishing a streamer, it will sink good! They can also stick together, so it’s easy to store!
