These connectors are pretty much a match for the OEM that came with my Thermal Arc 252i welder. Showing in the first pic are #1 red and 2/0 black cables. There is plenty of room for the 2/0 cable in the connectorThere is almost no difference between the the vendor's and Thermal Arc 2nd pic of OEM top and this vendor's on center.I've seen questions posted as to whether or not there are exposed connections when put together. The terminals are completely covered. 3rd pic shows 2 cables connected.I don't see how you can go wrong with these connectors.I must say that I haven't exposed them to oil so I can't speak for whether or not oil will affect them.They work as they should and at a very good price point.I hope you have as good luck as I have with these.

We ordered these for our welder we bought off Amazon. They worked perfect so we are able to convert our leads we had to fit our new welder.

I used a male and female to make an extension for my CUT50 plasma cutter. Buy #4 size flexible copper cable to make your extensions. I use clear electric moly grease to protect the copper joint. I did have a problem with the slip over rubber cover not locking in position so I had use some clear Loctite Polyseal to bond it into its final position.

Haven’t used them much not something I would leave out in the weather but they worked as advertised I put 2 gauge wire in it definitely could take some thicker wire not sure how thick but the male and female connections take different covers I mixed them up and had a fight trying to fix it

These worked well. Very strong and able to crank down pretty tight on the cable.

I have had these for 3 years now and the rubber outside has deteriorated badly and is no longer waterproof. ad to replace them.

Excelentes para hacer unas extenciones de cable porta electrodo y tierra. Asi solo los agrandas cuando los necesites y no traes cargando todo el cable completo.Y para los que andan viendo y no estan familiarizados con la medida, estos 35-50 son bornes de 1/2 para la inversora, que son estos de la publicacion.

Perfect, exactly as advertised and Excellent Quality, I also ordered the same ones but in the 18mm size and they too were perfect and exactly as advertised, they fit into all Tooliom tools and plasma cutters. what i used my sets for was one set converted from an 8mm to 13mm and one vise versa so I can share leads for grounds and I can use my Lift TIG torch on my larger welder. they are awesome and made of excellent quality will buy again if i need more.

Perfect quality than expensive ones at welding shops and have no play. They fit snug with one another and in my machine. No burs
