Please strictly follow the steps below
- Clamp one battery of the red cable to the positive "+" of the battery of the vehicle that lacks electricity, and clamp the other battery of the cable to the positive "+" of the battery of the powered vehicle.
- Connect a battery clip of the black cable to the negative "-" of the battery of the power supply vehicle.
- Clamp the other battery of the black cable to the ground part of the vehicle without electricity. The grounding piece is the iron piece of the engine block or other iron pieces that are firmly connected to the engine block, and should be as far away from the battery as possible, and it is not allowed to be directly connected to the negative electrode of the battery.
- Start the engine of the powered vehicle first, and then start the engine of the vehicle lacking electricity.
- Remove the starting cable in the reverse order of the above.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 18 year old granddaughter. She just got her first car and I felt this was a perfect gift. She “loved†it. We sat down and went through each item and what it was used for. She admitted that until she got this, she was afraid if the car broke down because she wouldn’t know what to do. She said that now she is not as worried and said that this was her favorite gift. The bag is well put together and had all the pieces listed. The items did not appear to be cheap or easily breakable. I highly recommend this Emergency Roadside Kit, especially for the new drivers in the family. I am going to purchase one for myself. Well worth the money.

The quality seemed okay, I wouldn't say it was too great however my order arrived without the air compressor so I had to return so didn't get a real chance to test things out. Overall tho it seems like a decent set for a decent price

The box of the tool set was broken when arrived. Poor quality of nearly everything in the kit. Will be returning it.
