I have a magnetic mounting backup camera for my travel trailer. I wanted somewhere up near the top of the TT to mount the camera but nothing there is magnetic. This plate did the job and looks nice! It came with three strips of the heavy duty 3m adhesive. I added 3 more to be on the safe side. Perfect solution!

This worked great as a base for a magnetic security camera mount. Time will tell, but so far it has stayed solidly adhered the exterior wall (protected by the eave).

Most ferritic stainless steels (409, 430, and 439) and martensitic stainless steels (410, 420, and 440) are ferromagnetic. Most austenitic stainless steels (304, 316) are not ferromagnetic. Nothing in the Amazon listing or the company’s web site indicates the type of stainless steel used to manufacture this product. NEVER ASSUME !The good news is that magnets do stick to it.

These are very high quality, I'd recommend them. They look a lot cleaner than the permit plates that originally came on my Volvo. Perfect for IFTA stickers which is the reason I bought them.
