Very sturdy and small. I have found many uses for cooking meat. Not for everyone due to size. However,Cooking for two it is perfect.

I use this rack to raise my cast iron dish closer to the heat in my air fryer. Fit almost perfectly. Like the I just flip the rack over to raise or low dishes from and toward the heat.

Not as large as I thought it might be but of course, I could have checked dimensions 1st! It will work just fine to hold a turkey or roast off the pan.
