After reading many online reviews about a variety of robot manufacturers I settled on Newgy - and I’m thrilled that I did.The system worked great straight out of the box with minimal effort and very clear set up instructions. I had it up and running in less than 30 minutes and was practicing on a regular basis in my garage.There are 64 drills programmed into to the system and it appears they are incredibly accurate in how they place balls across the entire table service.I also found the company’s customer support to be excellent - answering my questions about the drills and helping me maximize my use of their robot.

Great product. Allows me to practice and also get my cardio. I little pricey, though. Have not started using the training modules yet. Will update this review when I get to that stage.The balls that came with the system has the white powder that we all TT players know on new balls. Though they were washed as directed, it is still there and the belt running inside of the unit is getting dirtier by the day. It has not begun to slip yet. But I plan on cleaning the belt soon, so to keep the original performance of the unit can be continued.

Easy to set up. Good quality. It is on expensive side. Height is not easy to adjust. The ping pong ball always fall off the net.

I have a Newgy Robo-Pong 1040 for 8 years and it is working well. I liked to upgrade it to a model that has ball recycling feature. After comparing several brands of this type for function and price, I finally decided to get the model 2055, still the Newgy which I have great trust on. I am happy for my choice. This model is just great! It functions very well, and it has so many settings available to beginners to skilled players, and plus 64 preset programs. I truly enjoy playing it and have a lot of fun, thank you so much Newgy!

The product was fine until it broke; eight months after it was purchased. I tried to contact Newgy support using the phone number provided on their website, and left messages since no human being was available on the phone. I've left three messages in eight days. NO ONE EVER RETURNS MY PHONE CALLS! Now I know that this Newgy is a company that doesn't care about customer service, and doesn't honor their warranty. I will never purchase from this company again. I will give a zero star rating if I could. Don't buy anything from Newgy.

The RP 2 PC software that is used to write custom drill is super low quality!! It confuses speed with place, it is not user friendly to begin with: can't do update to balls only delete and create. Different runs of same drill are inconsistent! And on top of it has memory leak. It froze my new laptop, had to do hard reset!!! So disappointing!!!! Newgy, fix your bugs!!

installation was tricky, there is a belt behind the device to secure net holders but it is absent and not even mentioned in instructions. training is fun! Lots of modes to choose from.

This is my second Robopong. I had the 2050 for 7 years, and used it almost everyday. Eventually the motor got broken, and I decided to replace the whole thing.The 2055 is basically the same.There is one thing, though, that is different: the counter to select how many minutes (or #balls) you want to play is veeeeery slow. In the 2050 was fast like a lightning. So, you have to keep pressing for about 2 minutes to select 5 minutes of playing. The counter aspect is that, once you select a certain duration, it remains the same when the equipment is turned off (provided that it is not disconnected). Therefore, if you always play, let's say, series of 5 or 10 minutes, you spent that long time to select the duration only once. Other than that, it is great.The net and the plastic container in the back seem to be a bit more sturdy.

I have had the robopong for a month now, and am pleasantly surprised by what it can do. It is suitable for all player levels. I wish I had something like this when I was growing up and learning how to play.The robopong I first purchased did not work properly after a 3 weeks. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new robopong right away. Great customer service!

Excellent tt robot. It can provide topspin, backspin and or sidespin. I've had no jams yet and aside from running out of balls it just keeps going. This is my first and only robot so I've nothing to compare it to. Robots can't replace playing with a person but are worth it if you have no one to practise with. This robot will help you improve.

La macchina mi sembra ottima, il prezzo se pure considerevole è adeguato.Il divertimento e l'utilizzo è di grande soddisfazione.Il problema è la mancanza delle istruzioni per programmare la stessa all' utilizzo tale da sfruttare le sue potenzialità .se non mi arriva a breve il manuale sono costretto mio malgrado a renderla.

Snow and rain can play at home until slight sweat. Set up 15 balls at a time. It's fun. Especially the design of the ball-picking tool, not need to bend. Good stuff.
