I have had a shark for very long and wanted to change due to the need to remap my home several times. I am quite happy with this one so far. Easy set up. Clean up the area decently. I will try and post an update in a couple of months with the latest.

It does its job and cleans my whole basement quitely and quickly, picks up cat hairs. It has good suction and battery timing is also good.

Soooooo I broke down and finally got a robot vacuum cause EVERYONE else had one and raved about theirs. I have 5 animals in my house (3 cats and 2 dogs) so you KNOW I fight pet hair and dander on a daily!This little dude came pretty much already set up. I only had to snap on his little whiskers (the brushes) and his diaper (the mop pad). Set him on his charging base and within like 2 hours it was fully charged to green, so we let him loose in the living room first.He's not totally without sound, but definitely low sound. I can still watch TV without any real interruption. The water lasted the entire time it took to do the living room, so my floors are nice and clean and smell nice.The dogs and cats were curious but they weren't scared or barking, and these are some very barky dogs LOL.Little dude will get hung up on wires, so definitely make sure you pick those up. We picked up all the toys and rugs so he wouldn't get stuck on them and he has done really well so far.I like the user interface on the app too! You can choose which room you have him in, map the rooms, see the battery percentage and the life left on the little attachments. The only thing I wish is that I could customize that app a little more, like change that awful black/gray background to something more colorful.I also love that he pairs with my Alexa. I have him on a set schedule but if I ever wanted to just get him to start/stop or locate him, I could voice control that through Alexa.Overall, I've only had him for 2 days now and I LOVE him. Makes keeping my house clean sooooooo much easier with a partner. LOL

I have a love/hate relationship with this vacuum. Love: convenience, look of the vacuum and charging dock does not take up a lot of space, the app works well and is user-friendly... Con: I have had this product for 2 weeks now and I wish that I just spent the money on a Roomba instead. This vacuum has an aversion to trim and rugs - unsure on carpet because my home does not have carpeted rooms, but any rug it will not go over so I need to use a proper vacuum. I feel I need to watch it constantly and chase it to pick up what it leaves behind. I got this vacuum because I have lighter floors and a dog, so the hair is an issue. It won't pick up all the hair, and it does not map out a room well at all so one room will be "done" in 2 minutes, another smaller room will be done in 5. Also the battery life is not great.

This robotic vacuum has been one of the best investments I have made for helping with chores around the home! It is helpful for picking up cat hair, crumbs and giving laminate floors a quick mopping.While this will not replace my regular vacuum, it is such a reliever for keeping up with daily maintenance. It is easy to install app and the remote is nice to have.My one frustration is the bit of challenge to fitting mopping pad on each time. It has to be placed just right around 3 bars otherwise it will get folded back as vacuum travels about.I clean out/off brushes and filter each time to keep it cleaning most effectively. So glad I found this device! If you have cats, a lot of crumbs or hard floors and little time or energy to constantly clean your floor--get this robot!!!!
