The P165-SI features a FlexFit basket for compatibility with various factory speaker mounting locations and a sweet ICC (Integrated Concealed Crossover) built into midrange basket, eliminating the need to mount any black boxes.

Flex Fit Basket Design
The slot mounted frame pattern of the Flex Fit basket utilizes slots instead of single screw sized holes. This allows for a slight adjustment of the speaker when mounted for a better fit.
Tweeter Mounting
Our DDC (Discreet Dual Clamp) Tweeter Mounting provides concentric clamping pressure around the perimeter of the mounting hole. Flush and surface (angled) tweeter mounting hardware included.
Integrated Crossover
The Integrated Concealed Crossover hides the crosssover inside the basket, creating a cleaner look and easier installation. It also ensures the right frequencies are sent to the proper driver for the best quality sound with maximum protection.

Always been a fan of RF and these are perfect like the lower watts for more sound from head unit without amp. Also I've had issues with crossover boxes in the doors these are built in and make install a breeze and I feel will be more reliable. The highs sound so good the tweeters are real nice. The basket does seem bigger than other 6.5 that I had and were a tight fit.

Installed in a 2015 Honda Accord HybridI bought these to replace some other aftermarket speakers in my front doors that had too much distortion at high volumes. I am super happy with the overall sound and ease of installation of these speakers. Having the built-in crossover makes the install much easier than the external crossover that I was able to take out of my doors. The parts that are supplied for the dome tweeters are well designed. I was able to install the tweeters without having to do any cutting or resorting to glue.Note that I have a subwoofer in my car. Without the added sub, I think these speakers might be a little low on bass response, but they are great for midrange. Definitely a good value.

Used these to replace a set of JBL GT7's I had in my 15 Scion FRS doors and dash.Much better sound quality and no harsh/brittle treble from the tweets.Mids are nice and full even in the doors.A bit more difficult to install than the JBLs with separate crossover since the crossover in these are internal with the bass speakers which meant I had to break out the fish tape again to add speaker wire from the mids up to the dash mounted tweeters.The tweeters were also larger diameter than the JBLs and would not fit in my factory grills so I used the included top mounts to position them exactly where I wanted that high soundstage to appear from.Overall I am well pleased with this purchase and can recommend the set to anyone looking for a decent set of front speakers.I need to spend a few minutes dialing them in but they are close as is out of the box and I expect after break in they should be a vast improvement over the JBLs.Price was right for the sound quality.

I installed these with a Kenwood head unit and it worked fine. It's actually louder than I expected based on the ratings but it didn't sound musical enough. It was technically fine but left something lacking. I ended up going with Infinity Kappas instead. Those are more expensive but it sounds much ch better.

These tweeters scream in my 2016 base GT mustang. I think I might even go back in a put some thin foam in front of them. The base is decent on the others, but the radio lacks the adjustment to get the most out of them even after fixing Ford's base roll-off using forscan.

I am happy with this purchase, they sound great. I do not listen to my music extremely loud, so I cannot sleak to that. But they sound good as replacement speakers for my stock ones.

Je suis vraiment déçu de ce kit éclaté les basse médium sature très vite, je ne veux pas comparer à un caisson de basse mais la quand même je suis déçu surtout pour le prix, d'ailleurs pour ce prix j'aurais pu acheter des Pioneer qui auraient été 3x plus fort sans exagéré.J'ai l'impression que rockford fosgate ce n'est plus ce que s'était il y a quelques années.
