This rocking horse is a perfect Christmas gift for my 15 month old grandson. It's not going to take up a lot of space and it is very sturdy.

Love this rocking horse for my 17 month old. I know the instructions say 2+ years, but she’s tall enough and I make sure she wears shoes. She started walking about a month ago. And she loves riding the carousel, so this seems to be the perfect timing developmentally for her to learn to rock herself.It’s very sturdy and stable. Good quality wood. The only tip I have is to substitute the screw for the handle with a longer screw so that the screw goes all the way through the handle, re-entering the horse’s head on the other side of the hole. Otherwise, the handle is loose and rickety feeling.
