The product did not fit. The picture clearly shows that there is a different type of connection point than is on the original columns. I sent this back with pictures of the slotted connection points on the original product. These obviously do not have the slotted connections, and the manufacturer acted as if I were inconveniencing them. I have written a previous review in this forum and the manufacturers comment forum, and it did not get published. They have to know that they are selling a part that does not fit and advertising it as a complimentary component. I have brought Rockville products before and was satisfied with them; however, I lost all faith in them after dealing with customer service which continued to blow me off and act as if I did not know what I was doing. It is quite simple. The aftermarket extension you are marketing does not match up and fit. It is that simple. I won't be buying and products from Rockville moving forward because they don't stand by their product after they get your money. I hope this gets published because I want to help others avoid wasting their valuable time and money.

I got one for each of my new titan arrays. I'll be leaving a unfavorable review of those in a minute but first... Only one of the extensions fits. I can use it on either of my arrays. The other extension doesn't fit, it's like it hits something solid about 1/4 in from clicking into place. I don't know if I should try to modify it or send out for a replacement. The one that does fit is great. I've actually already forgotten which piece was the add-on. But it's unmistakable which one didn't fit... Because it's unusable and just laying there.

If you bought the PA you need the extension to raise up the tower
