Wow! I had no idea. I thought myself pretty bitchin’ before the installment. Easy to install, looks good, the Dial lights are perfect. But once I mellowed everything out on the initial head settings(flat on everything), I then started messing with this thing. Man, oh man, I am super pleased. Above and beyond what I expected. It’s going to take me some time to get everything dialed. I road killed the doors, pillars, everything! So there’s no sound loss. I foamed the front and behind the plates of all speakers. I did everything right, and wow, I’m glad I did. Matched up ohms, rms’s as well as running the shortest wires and cables possible. No crimp-on. Everything soldered. Totally worth all the time and money. Crystal clear and way too loud. I haven’t heard any distortion yet. No clipping. It goes louder than I need it. I’m only running 820watts, rms.

I do not shop by brand, I shop by performance and value. This EQ hands down provides better sound clarity than most out there. I’ve had the 2 Clarion versions made in the last 15 years as well as a CT Sounds model. This one out performs.

For any system I would recommend with you and want somebody who's your sound big time and that overheating your shoes or anything like that I want to get it five stars but came with a scratch on it that's why I wood wood buy it with 10 scratches sounds so good great product great price

The first rockville eq the aux/cd button got to Staticky and malfunctioned! Loved the way you can set all your different Frequencies, lows, highs and mid bass. Rockville eq preformed great!!!!

For the most part this works well. But it’s very music genre dependent. Hip hop and pop sounds great. Metal sounds awful. There’s a higher pitch to distorted guitars that usually goes unnoticed in most speakers and headphones because it’s subtle. But when using this equalizer it really amplifies that sound to the point it’s distracting and all you can hear because it sounds like your speakers are going to blow out. EQing and messing with volume and amp gains doesn’t help. Disconnecting the equalizer is the only way to get rid of it. I ended up getting another EQ that doesn’t have this problem. So if you like metal I would avoid but if not you are probably going to like it because otherwise it’s pretty nice.

This thing sounds really amazing it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’m using it for my home audio system this thing is a beast I love it!!!!

Sound wise its amazing. Durability wise, it sucks. Goes out in no time if your one to adjust the settings often. That and the logo and what else is on it rubbed off almost immidiately. Stained my seats. But sound quality is definately up there. For the prices its alright. Id buy it again.
