I have two sundown SAZ 1500D amps linked together pushing a pair of U series 12s and a rockford fosgate punch P600x4 on mids and highs and it dosnt even phase this thing. The volts never go's below 13, good guality cap.

Great cap I do all my shopping at Amazon, I had ordered a blaupunkt 5000D mono amp and the installer said he wouldn't install it they had filed bankruptcy in 2006 they use to be good product 26 years ago and now are junk the company who took over our putting out junk so Amazon will take it back and I ordered a CT-sounds 1400.1D amp and was 200.00 more dollars and I guess the old saying is true that you get what you paid for..

The capacitor is awesome! Works great. However, The RXD-M5 amp that this was ordered for, is not. And I've not gotten anything from trying to email audio source about it. I've been in constant contact over it since I first installed it because it never was right from the start. So, not really caring for the tech support end of it all, period!

It says 40 Farads, which is an insane amount of capacitance, but with 2000 watts of amplifier power, my lights (dash and headlights) dim when the heavy bass hits. Also, when I run it with the floor cover removed from my amp stash, the flashing blue LEDS light up my car at night, which I do not appreciate at all. So all it does is annoy me, and probably drain more energy through the flashing blue cop LEDs. What a wasted of time, money, and precious audio equipment space!

Once I got this thing charged it helped tremendously my bass notes don't fall off and now my bass is so much more powerful and it does help on your electrical parts of your car overall definitely a good product now I've only had it for a day or two but so far so good and everything else that I've bought from Rockville has all been exceptionally well made and performed better than most kicker and Rockford stuff I've had for like a quarter of the price so if anything changes I'll update this but so far if it's like any of the rest of my Rockville stuff I don't think there's going to be any issues.
