Your cart is empty. The RXD-T2 is part of the Rockville proton series. This is one of the most versatile and durable car amps in the world. It is completely water resistant! This makes it perfect for any type of crazy installation including car, ATV, boat, or any other 12 volt application! The amplifier's small footprint adds to its versatility so you can mount it even in the tightest locations. This amplifier is full marine-grade! This means it will last longer! We thought about it and decided if we wanted to make a car amplifier that is indestructible we need to make it marine grade! This amp can handle the extremes! It will withstand hot, cold, moisture, or whatever you throw at it! The other thing that makes this amp so durable is that it has a class ""D"" power supply. So even if you run it at really low impedance the amplifier can handle it! The amp is efficient and does not generate a ton of heat. So even if you abuse the amplifier and run it at 1 ohm load in stereo mode or a 2 ohm load in bridged mode; the amplifier will handle it! (We tested it).
Warning: This amplifier produces insane power! We do not want you to blow your speakers. Do not under-estimate this amplifiers' capability! After purchasing this amplifier; install with the gain level down all the way and then crank it up very slowly to protect your speakers or subwoofers from blowing.
The RXD-T2 is rated at 1200w RMS, but we totally underrated these! We just received new test reports from our QC department showing this amp outputting a legitimate 1600w RMS when bridged! This amp performs at 600 x 2 @ 2 ohms RMS and when you bridge it you get 1600 x 1 @ 4 ohms! (To get even more power you can run it at 1 ohm in stereo mode and 2 ohm in bridged mode). This is a full range class ""D"" amplifier. It is super super efficient. I want you all to know that the ratings are more than legit...

Amazing little amplifier. I have been running It for a year and a half now with no issues whatsoever. This thing puts out some serious power without breaking the bank or having a large footprint. It even comes with a sheet showing its certified power output (hint: it’s more than what it’s listed as).I initially used it to power one 12†subwoofer @ 4ohm bridged and it worked great.I then got a new vehicle and decided to change my setup. I then ran two 8†subwoofers wired to 1 ohm and ran them off just one of the stereo channels, and there were no issues whatsoever. I then decided to add two more 8â€, and ran them at 2ohm to the mono bridged output, and the amplifier can handle it no problem!So they aren’t lying in the description where they say it’s efficient enough to run at 1 ohms stereo and 2 ohms bridged.You won’t find a better amplifier for the money.

So i bought this for 2 rockville k6 subs.The description says the amp can do 2ohm bridged. It even says they tested it (we tested it) in description. Well its BS. I ran it at 2 ohm bridged and it instantly went into protection mode. Other than that, its a decent amp. It gets pretty hot but nothing out of ordinary really. If your going to get this amp to bridged like i intended just dont get it. Im not trying to down rockville just to be a hater. They flat out lied to the consumer's.

I purchased this amp to push 2 12†kicker compR and this amp has to be the best amp I’ve ever owned it pushes them to their max and it cuts out when you try to push them to hard which is nice so you don’t blow them so you know exactly how much power to put to them I’ve got no complaints what so ever it runs them hard and it stays as cold as any amp could possibly get I’m telling you if your looking at this amp buy it It’s pushing 2 12†compR like a piece of cake definitely well worth the money and most definitely will be buying from the dealer again.

Don't waste your money on the others, this amp performs amazing with 2 1800 watt Sony Explode's! Adjusted the gain a bit but i can crank it and it doesn't clip or shut off. I'm very happy thus far!! I listen to a broad range of music and it amazes me on it all, classic rock (you can hear the snare and bass drums in the subs), blues, Rap, Country, & the TV/Blu-ray (yes i'm running this on a power supply connected to my home theater lol) Can't go wrong with this product!! Be careful & make sure you have competent speakers!! And anchor anything around the subs if you run it in your home. lol They will vibrate off. lol Used 2 other amps and they were not even close, this is honest about the wattage!

I consider myself to be very experienced in the world of car audio, & I’ve had more setups than I can even begin to count. This is the best amp on the market! Shout-out to Williston Audio Labs for putting me on. I have it pushing 2 12’s, in a 4th order bandpass box, with a combined RMS of 1600. Gain is at max with the low-pass filter at about 90-100hz & the result is astonishing for just 1600RMS. Beating the block down, bud. Highly recommended. If you’ve never heard of Williston Audio Labs, check him out on YouTube. He has vids of 100s of Amps, tested with his Dyno, to interpret exact power ratings compared to the ratings the actual manufacturers claim. Rockville was recently involved in a class action lawsuit, ordered to reimburse 1000’s of customers for false advertisement. They’re basically being legally forced to be on their toes.

When we first got this amp, it was putting out. Ran this amp with a MA-8 Skar which is only a 800max and 400RMs 8inch woofer. So for this amp to blow in a 6month period is ridiculous! 125$ isn’t worth it when you can get a Pioneer for 140$ same watts.
