I'm supposed to heavy duty black plastic that I bought to go with the garden staples it is heavy enough to keep the weeds down but light enough to work with. It was just like using weed block only it's plastic and it keeps the weeds suppressed more so I would use this again and again.

This plastic is great as an underlay for mulch. I used it also under a stone walkway to stop weeds, it’s working!

I used this to lay over grass that I was getting ready to convert to garden soil. I tilled the grass, then placed the plastic sheeting over it. I staked it into the ground but due to windy conditions, had to supplement the stakes with wood/rocks to keep it down (otherwise the sheeting would rip). Great value for the money and after six weeks or so, the grass was pretty well dead. I tilled again, added compost and then tilled that in for a pretty good starting point for a new garden.

Feels thick enough to hold up. Size is easy to manage and cut to size for putting down as a weed blocker.

It was very thin and expensive. I found I could buy a roll from Bunnings that was double the size, double the thickness yet just over half the price. A total waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

Just used this all around six garden beds. Very impressed with the quality and how easy it is to work with - strong enough to stand upright and hold shape, but light enough to cut like wrapping paper with scissors. Would definitely use again

We use this plastic for weed control around the edges of our garden. It provides complete coverage for 3-4 years, then mysterious holes began to appear. This doesn’t seem to be related to the material, so possibly animals.
