Well thought-out bag with a myriad of useful pockets. This bag lets you to keep your clothing and more personal items completely separate from business items, allowing you to retrieve work items professionally without exposing private stuff to curious eyes. There are two separate large pockets for non-clothing items, that nearly open completely, making it super easy to locate things. Of course, nothing is stopping you from stashing all the pockets with personal items if you are on vacation! However, both front pockets are not very wide. This is particularly true too of the two zip pockets in the main section - they are deep, but have no gussets, so stick to travel size containers. The main compartment would be a tight fit if you required a change of shoes - I would size up to a larger carry-on case. If you just need a change of clothes for a day or two this bag is ideal. It is the perfect carry-on for international travel with long lay-overs and even longer concourse walkways, where a change of clothes, some toiletries, electronics, magazines and snacks are all needed.I like the zips on the side pockets as empty zipped-up pockets are much neater than baggy mesh pockets. These pockets can now also do double duty and safely store snacks or something that you want to get to quickly. I tested the pockets with a small bottle of water as well as my own bottles - the shorter, squat bottle was quite snug, as was the bottled water. The tall bottle was reasonably secure, but a little top heavy and could easily take flight if bumped.The bag is made from fabric, rather than PU leather - this is a good thing as it should last longer (pity about the PU leather handles). The gold trim does add unexpectedly more bling than depicted in the photos. Make no mistake, it is a very elegant but also a very vivid contrast to the black exterior.There is a broad strap at the back to secure it above a larger suitcase if needed. This bag is just the right size for a short trip.The empty bag does weigh quite a bit at about 5 lbs (2.5 kg). However, this probably attests to its good construction. It only has two wheels, so it does need to be tilted to engage those wheels (some of the photos on the product page give the impression that you can keep the case upright as if it has 4 wheels.) the bag worked well for a recent trip. it fits under the seat in front of you on the airplane so that's a big plus. It easily fit my laptop with all accessories, some paperwork and there is a separate area where i could store personal items for an overnight stay. Its a bit on the heavy side, but hopefully that means less plastic inside and it will last longer. I don't have a lot of confidence about the wheels, but only time will tell.

This bag has a telescoping handle and two wheel for convenient tilt-to-roll portability and includes a strap across the back to slip this bag over the handle of a larger suitcase and to stack it on top. There is a set of carrying handles to use when the telescoping handle is stowed away. This bag is compact enough to fit under an airline seat or in an overhead bin. There are numerous compartments and pockets for storing and organizing everything -- padded electronics compartment for laptop computer and tablet and charging cables, two water bottle side pockets, front section for notepad, pens, and reading material, and main compartment for overnight clothes, etc. The main compartment opens flat to make packing easy. On the opposite side of the large compartment, there is a transparent, zippered wet pack enclosure for liquid toiletries and a mesh enclosure for dry items. The outer zippers are gold with shiny pull tabs and the front panel has a quilted padding--both give it an upscale appearance. The main compartment and electronics compartment have pull tabs that overlap to add a lock to keep items secure.
