Your cart is empty. The sleek and stylish 5500 Showtime Rotisserie is a modern version of the Showtime classic. A curved glass front allows you to see all your foods rotating at the precise speed to achieve optimal cooking results. Continual rotisserie basting results in uniformly browned and crisped food on the outside, while keeping all the moisture and flavor on the inside. As it rotates, the excess fat and grease drip down into the removable drip pan below. All removable parts are dishwasher safe, so cleanup has never been easier.

I had one of these years ago and loved it. Finally decided to buy a new one and am happy I did. Great for roasting chicken. Can even do k-bobs, hamburgers, fish in it. Not so easy to clean but when I want a whole roasted chicken, this is my go-to. Spice it up the way you like it, it is ready in a little over an hour.

I have yet to try a turkey in it, but I am really liking the chickens I've cooked so far. One thing that kind of bothers me is that the finished product often has lines where the juices "ran around" the bird as it turned. It's not a big deal to me, but if you are presenting the bird in any way, those might be detracting from the aesthetics of a presentation. Also, there is a caution in the instructions not to put the unit under cabinets when using and to keep it a certain distance from the wall and other things while it is on because it gets quite hot (and runs for an hour and more). I'm not sure where they expect you to use it if you follow the recommendation. Because of that, I don't cook with it unless I am going to be right there while it cooks. It's loud while it cooks too. But none of these things bother me since I only use it during the day while my family is gone.

When our old Ronco died after many years of service, we replaced it with a different brand Vertical Rotisserie - which we were disappointed in right from the start - It lasted 2 years and died 😡 ! Our new Ronco Rotisserie cooked our chicken PERFECTLY ! We would Definitely buy this product again ! !

This is our second Ronco rotisserie ,, we had our first one for 10 yrs ,,, absolutely love it ,,, everything we have ever cooked in it has been absolutely delicious ,,,, but one of the attachments (Heat Shield) is not dishwasher safe as it is described in the manual,,, the heat shield on our first machine was chromed and it never dulled from the dishwasher ... The heat shield in this one turned black after one run in the dishwasher ... other than that this version of the machine performs very well. The seller replaced heat shield. Very happy! Thanks a million!

This replaced another brand I used for years until it finally just fell apart. This Ronco is really well built and a lot of practical features. Three stops for the meat for easy in and out and makes room for larger meat. I have only cooked one 5# chicken so far but it fit fine and was nice and juicy-done in an hour. There is a searing setting for roast and such. Only complaint is getting the meat out when done. Gloves are supplied which helps My old one had a double hook to lift meat out of the oven.I can't wait to do ribs.

I've owned the original "set it and forget it" for 18 years - I broke the glass door while cleaning it. My wife said "we need a new one". This version is somewhat larger with an updated design. Not sure why the rotation has been reduced, but is cooks as good as before. We're satisfied.

Must be 5th or 6th Ronco rotisserie we own. Should have bought the larger model with better knobs. Still not bad just different. The usage does not disappoint
