The quality of this product really can't be beat. It's clearly extremely well made.I'm 5' 10". I ordered a size 5 to allow for shrinkage.These would have to shrink at least 4 inches in length and probably about 4 inches around, for these to fit me.Guess we'll see how a 4 fits

I am 6’0, 210 lbs and these size pants are too long by at least 3†and about 6†too wide in the waist. Of course there are rope ties for a belt that could resolve that if the length was correct. The material is the good quality heavy weight. Overall I can tell the style and cut is really nice, and I wish they fit me just a little better. I am going to exchange them for a size 4 and report back.Update here: I got the size 4 and they fit perfect! Great quality pants. Will get another.

I got these and the package was heavier than I expected. I thought maybe I bought too heavy weight of a material. But after trying them on... Wow. Perfect. Very comfortable.The next challenge I had was wearing them to practice the next few nights. It seemed no matter how tight I tied them, they came loose around my waist and began to fall down! It turns out, some of the belt got bunched along the side, and during practice it would work its way out, loosening the waist. User error. After ensuring the belt wasn't accidentally bunched on the side, the pants have remained tight around my waist making for an extremely comfortable and confident martial arts workout experience.I found the sizing chart to be accurate.Bottom line: I wouldn't hesitate to purchase these again!

These replaced ones that ripped, I'm pretty sure these will last forever. The material is so sturdy, I rolled the pant legs up to fit better and after a couple months of training and washing, they have yet to unroll.

Bought a size 3 and 4 based on reviews and size chart. These pants actually consider some of us have sportier/thicker thighs, unlike other brands.Previously bought a Century size 3, and these (3) pants are slightly larger and more flexible in the thighs especially. Length is just about spot on, and a cold wash and air dry made them perfect. I really love the fact this size chart seems very true to size - other brands I've bought (size 5 Adidas ATA branded, and size 4 basic ATA uniform and middle weight).The size 4 cold wash, and a low temp dry, shrunk them a bit, but the butt/stomach area still a bit large. Length shrunk more than I was expecting, since I was anticipating a good size hem after washing. The low temp dried pants came out wrinkle free, and air dry pants not overly wrinkly - worked themselves out by the time I got to our school.Keeping both because the 3 thighs give my sporty body a good degree of movement, but I am not overly flexible. The size 4 will come in handy if thighs become even more sporty!

Let me first say that Im planning to re-enter karate training years after leaving my old dojo due to life changes.I bought these pants sz 5 - a few weeks apart from the jacket sz 6 i bought just days before -due to the fact that i was merely test fitting between the Shiai label blue Sz 5 that i bought a month before.I love the the feel, space, and weight (i bought a 12oz. heavyweight gi) against my body as it feels authentic to the touch. Hearing the "snap" is something to look forward to when buying a new gi and know how to achieve the sound as well as the technique to accomplish it. When the product came in, on the expected date, I was happy about that. Packed well as all Ronin products do in its own bag. I tried it on and felt that it was of course baggy and wide for a sz 5, not the same fit as with Shiai label sz5. I also have to say i did not cold wash the pants or jacket yet. So once i get my top n bottom back from the tailor, i will have to cold wash and air dry it and see how it fits. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will be my last test fitting for a proper gi. I did take it to the tailor and asked them to get rid of a few inches off of the pant cuff and apply the same type of stitching-double thick-as it came originally.-Stay tuned for an update on the alterations.

These pants were WAY to big. I tried to shrink them but they would not shrink. I ordered according to my height and weight per the chart and it was WAY off. I think it was like a 6 when I ordered it but I should have ordered like a 5 or a 4.Not sure what the hell to do with these pants now.
