First off, yes it is cheap construction. That's what $50 is going to get you these days. But it was very easy to put together, it has enough pieces to allow flexibility in use, and it suited the job we had for it. We simply needed a cheap, easy to set up, flexible divider for our open basement. Since you can buy whatever kind of curtains you want to hang off it, or even use long lengths of material, you can control the thickness of it easily. The tension pole design does not make it sturdy for rough-housing but it is easy to install and not easily knocked down by anything other than hanging on it or crashing into it. Perfect for what we needed.

These dividers worked great for what I use them for. Strong material and stayed in place. Very sturdy.

Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to divide a room but I did not want to permanently install any set up. This makes it super easy to creat that division without compensating any walls with nails or screws. Also, if you ever change your mind on how the set up is, it's easy to relocate.

had a hard time adjusting to size, it was either to long or too short, even with taking out an extension bar.Tried it in a different location, hung up the curtain and bar was slumping over.was not able to use as intended.
