These are my favorite workout shorts. Very comfortable, durable and functional. Pockets in lining are small but stretch and secure items like wallets, keys and headphones. No where really to put a phone though.

Size runs small in comparison to PT uniform. Fabric is soft, comfortable, moisture-wicking. Recommend getting one size up if looking for APFU shorts alternative without logo. Not the same fit as the APFU shorts. I usually wear Medium APFU and still have room to move. These are more snug all around.

Use these for PT. Bought a size Medium. The opening of the leg comes out just a little bit shorter (about an inch above my knee) than my regular army PT short, but that’s how I like them. The spandex inner layer feels a little loose and does not hug my leg as good as my army pt shorts, but it’s still very comfortable. I have a size 30 waist, and the medium size for these shorts fit perfectly

Bought 3 pair because I like my issued shorts but would like not to walk around with “ARMY” on the side.My primary and really only complaint is the liner feels like it was sewn in backwards. It isn’t snug and the feeling of extra material is distracting to the point I cannot ignore it. If my issued shorts had felt like this I would NOT have bought more.

Expected the same as issued army shorts, liner is smaller and thinner, shorts are a bit more slim but typical sizing. I rate these like a cheap imitation of the apfu shorts without the army logo. I actually prefer them, they’re shorter than issued, and comfortable to run in.

Have a pair of what is described as the same item - Rothco PT short - in the same size in a different color - Coyote Brown. These are completely different. The Coyote Brown shorts fit great, the liner is snug, but not too tight; great shorts for working out. The liners in these short are so loose they're useless.

Do not have pockets. They are good for wearing around the house, but I don't like carrying everything when I go to the gym.
