The set up was simplified by the use of the jig. It got me very close to right on the money the first try, it was a small adjustment and I was ready to go to my actual parts

The block makes setup quick and easy. Though I can not make the bit work. I have adjusted it to the block but I can not get the wood to work. I think it was a waste of money. If someone else has figured out how to make it work, please let me know.

As you know, set up is extremely critical for a proper cut. Struggled with set up ran a test cut, and then decided to check the tool.As seen in the photo, there is a .023 difference from end to end!Tool is unusable…. gave it one star because there was not a choice for zero stars.

This setup block is nowhere close to matching my Freud 99-034 bit.

I bought it for set up of a 1†lock miter.It’s not even an inch thick..

Well I searched for a setup block for a Freud lockmiter This is what came up and this is what I thought would work but no the profile wasn't even close to my bit at all completely disappointed complete waste of money still in need of a setup block. Junk
