I love our new shower « column »! We had a problem during the installation and we damages the waterfall section (wrong cutmeasurement) and the company agreed to send us a replacement waterfall head free of charge!! It was a great price, looks good and awesome customer service! Thanks again!!

I love great water pressure like everyone else who has commented on this product. One thing to be aware of is this is not a water saving shower. It runs through my 30 gallon hot water in 8.5 minutes. And there is no way to adjust the water volume on this unit. Enjoy your water pressure but if you have a 30 gallon tank…. It will be a quick shower!

Note: We are scheduled for contractor install 11/20, the review will be updated with that info and a usage portion as time goes onUnboxing and initial thoughts---------------------Everything in the box is packaged very well - items are in their own individual cotton bags to prevent scratching. The fit and finish appears to be quite good on everything - plumbing is laid out well, no signs of damage or other hidden hazards normally overlooked.Instructions were pretty straight forward, but we would recommend your plumber/contractor review before tackling the installation. The LED system is powered by the water movement so there is no external power hookup. There was some initial concern from your contractor that the unit may be equipped with low pressure fittings - but I will verify once we get to the point of installation (soon!).We did mock up the unit in the area and I think it's going to look striking when installed!

Lots of options, heavy pouring waterfall spout on the primary spray or at the bottom of the panel. Deep extend top spray. 8 blue led lites. Wand spray holder has options which include leaving horizontal. Handyman or plumber or homeowner, do read the instruction booklet that included. Looks like a challenge, but it isn’t that difficult to install the unit. Top and bottom bars on rear, cleats go on wall surface, it hangs flush. Water lines inside are pex 1/2†fittings to work with your standard shut off valves.
