Extra design thought spend on this one:Included clips for install in windows where the bottom does not fit into to window sash.The side fillers flip and slide to fit the window - real nicely done.It is quiet and works well, I am happy with the unit, I would buy another one if I needed it.

I used this to cool my room down as my old ac broke. This ac came sooner and was easy to set up. The ac is quiet and works fast. The app controller look is easy to use and gives more features then the remote offers would recommend to others.

This 8k unit if far better than the Sears Kenmore 8k window ac it replaced. Much quieter and much more efficient.********** Update a few months later: The inside fan noise has increased from almost nothing to an annoying vibration. It is not loud but certainly louder than before. Subtract one star. If it gets worse I will subtract more stars.***********

Great little AC unit. Surprised it actually cooled down my living room and kitchen in a fairly timely manner.

Just installed the unit. It is currently 114 outside and has taken the temperature in my living room from 82 to 77 ..the unit looks very nice and is incredibly quiet...im extremely pleased..editing my review..2 days after I bought the unit it started showing a p8 error..contacted support..they suggested I pay a hvac tech to come verify the p8 error...long story short I would not recommend this unit .go with a name brand.
