How to Install an Exhaust Tip
Step 1 – Measure for the Tip
Consider three dimensions when choosing an exhaust tip：inside diameter; outlet diameter ; length of the exhaust tip.
Step 2 – Install the Tip
- 1) Cleaning the Tailpipe
Install the exhaust tip on a cold vehicle to avoid burning yourself. Clean off the tailpipe and exhaust tip with penetrating oil, and a shop rag.
- 2) Sliding the Tip On
Try to slide the tip onto the exhaust pipe. You will probably meet some resistance, so use automotive grease to lubricate the pieces if necessary. Cover the end of the exhaust tip with a towel and tap it into a place with a rubber mallet.
- 3) Fastening the Tip
Finish the installation according to the specific fastener style you chose. With some models, you will tighten screws and clamps to secure the exhaust tips.

It was easy to install and mine came with a nice weld. Not just a spot weldA little bit too big but personally I like the look and definitely sounds better than no tip on my 5†catback. (Personal opinion)

Loud, makes lots of vibration, sounds awesome, your neighbors will not like it at 4am but it will turn your quiet little tractor into a race truck.

Tip looks nice but there is a huge difference going from 5 to 10 sound wise, it sounds deeper and louder

Sounds great. Really tight fit on my mbrp 5†exhaust so I had to pound it on with a rubber mallet. Hard to keep clean just because it is behind my wheel but when cleaned up it looks good.

Got this in and powder coated it blue for an axle dump i was doing. Welded easily. I had a 5 inch exhaust which fit perfect. Tip is big, bigger than i expected lol but it was good!
