Non intrusive, works great and one screw made my bike dune legal. Super easy to install, little difference in sound but definitely still great. Says it won’t fit with carbon fiber tip but it does. Overall good build

Works as it should.In case anyone did what I did and messured the outlet size on the rs-4 and it was close to 1.8in, this spark arrestor is correct and they messure the inside diameter of the spark arrestor at 1.5, outside diameter is the larger measurement. Didn’t feel like calling or emailing yoshimura so I just order this and it worked out.

Would not fit in exhaust and did not have nut on inside of collar.Very easy return though.

I have a GSXR 600 muffler on my DR650. I wanted to add a spark arrestor and I thought this was my answer. Description states this is 1.5" but its much bigger them that. The collar on the end of the spark arrestor slips over 1.5" and the O.D. is around 1.75". The welded band in the middle is about 1.75" The only thing that is 1.5" is the pipe part of the spark arrestor. THIS WILL NOT FIT INSIDE A 1.5" EXHAUST PIPE.

This IS the right spark arrester kit for a Honda 300L. This spark arrester did not slide in for me without lube. I tried WD-40, but it wasn't enough. Finally, I used grease and it slipped right in. To get the bolt back on, use masking tape to tape the bolt to your Allen wrench so it doesn't slip off. 5 stars for the product, but 4 stars overall because the printed directions nor the video (Yoshimura Website) recommended using lube. However, when I called Yoshimura, they answered the phone right away and were very helpful with explaining everything. This is a must have product if you're going to ride forests where they check for spark arresters.
