Update 11-3-24:Seller contacted me and made an equitable agreement. Raised a star. 5 for seller though.Orginal:It looked like just what I needed but won't work the way it is made. The piece with the slot reaches across the two screw holes in the junction box but the other piece doesn't reach as far?The wall mounted light fixture will attach via the two screw holes in the junction box but ends up mounting at an angle. This should have fixed that problem. It appears the length of the cross piece might be the right if I hammered it out flat instead of being leaving it offset.I am not sure I want to commit to keeping it yet...Also, be aware that the smaller screws are for the two in the middle of each cross. There are not enough of them to mount it the box and that.

The product description states that these are both zinc plated and stainless steel. That should be the first warning sign that it is neither. Stainless steel is typically not zinc plated because it is more corrosion resistant than zinc plating, which is used on standard screws and hardware for interior electrical boxes.I purchased these to mount a light that has its mounting screws exactly where the screws are on the rough-in box for the plate. Make sure you have the appropriate depth because these do stand off a little as all of the swivel mounts do. Another brand I purchased, Dengnbj (who comes up with these names that seem like random pounding on a keyboard?), stands off even further. I will be purchasing more of the Helunsi brand because they are at least zinc plated and stand off about the same as these do (roughly 1/4").

I used this product to install a new exterior wall mounted light. There was an existing crossbar in which the set screw was stripped. The gauge of this product was very LIGHT AND FLIMSY, the crossbar bowed inward when screwed down. The set screw did NOT have the ability to hold the crosspiece securely, and when I attemted to snug it down in order to get it to engage it stripped and turned freely. A waste of time and money.
