Backing is extremely sticky and will definitely never gone off the wall.

This product works great in my garage. It's wide enough to protect the wall from the opening doors. It incredibly easy to install. I haven't tried to remove it, so I can't comment on that. I highly recommend it for its stated purpose.

I purchased these to avoid dings in the side wall of the garage that is too small to allow the doors to be fully opened. If not installed in exactly the right place, they will not provide the desired protection. The backing is self stick but came loose after a couple weeks and I had to put them on with silicone. I would probably choose a different brand if I had to do it over again.

Over time, the garage wall was getting marked up from the trash and recycle cans bumping up against it. These guard are fantastic! Super easy to apply and two months later they haven't budged.

This curled up & fell of the wall - overnight, the first night. The wall is sheetrock, so should have stuck according to the information provided. Don't bother..........good news is, I returned it and my money was refunded!

Good material but glue does not hold for very long, may have to screw them to keep them fro falling...
