High Quality Self-Adhesive EPDM Rubber Edge Trim
EPDM rubber have much better resistance to heat, light, and ozone than unsaturated rubbers such as natural rubber, SBR, or neoprene (polychloroprene). This makes it suitable to be utilized in external harsh environments and can be used outdoors for many years or decades without degradation. Our U channel Rubber Edge Trim can be widely used in automotive, chemical, instrumentation, machinery and daily necessities. Easy To Install
Step 1
Insert the part into the slot of the edge trim (Do not remove the plastic film before the edge protector installed on the sheet metal)
Step 2
Remove one side film from the edge trim to let the edge trim stick on the part
Step 3
Remove the other side film to let the edge trim completely stick on the part
Why Choose Material EPDM Not PVC?
1. EPDM edge trim are not easily broken down by ultraviolet light and ozone.
2. EPDM has better thermal stability, radiation resistance and weather resistance than other polymer materials. The service life of silicon in a natural environment can reach several years but the PVC product only can last several months.
3. EPDM products have high thermal stability, and the chemical bonds of molecules do not break or decompose under high temperatures.

Needed to add a rubber gasket to help reduce vibration to a wall exhaust fan cover. This worked perfectly? Cut with ease to fit, was flexible enough to fit around the rounded corners and added protection to the wall. So far appears to be durable and a great value for the cost.

The bed platform in my camper is 3/8 inch plywood with raw sawn edges. Not a problem until you have to walk around the bed with shorts on. I couldn't figure out why I was getting scrape marks on my legs just below the knee, until I realized they were coming from the rough edges on the bed platform. This trim was inexpensive, fit perfect, installs easily, and adhere very well. I'm looking forward to having no more scrapes from that bed platform.

Great product. I placed this on the top of a snake fence that goes across one of my gate entrances. The snake wire was rough and would catch our outdoor curtains and cut little fingers if they grabbed the gate while opening it. This product lined the top, looks great, fits well, appears to be stable and the adhesive area is working and seems stable. It was a little tricky to put on but well worth the time and money.

After my kid fell out of bed and got cut on the edge of the wooden bed frame rail, I bought this and installed it. No issues since. It works great. I found the inner width dimension to be a little larger than expected, but it wasn’t enough to be a problem.

I used this for my metal desk. It was easy to install and it's holding up fairly well. Not sure how padded the edge feels now as it is still a solid edge, but we'll see if and when I bang my knee again, but hopefully not too soon.

I bought this to line the edge of the cockpit coaming on my velomobile. I wanted a bit of padding over the shape edge. It worked very well in this regard. I was a bit concerned about pealing off the tape backing, especially on the inside( hidden), but this was not a problem. So far, the adhesive is holding well. As a plus, the black color contrasted nicely with the red color of the body shell.

As advertised, and works well.I bought this to cover the bottom edge of some pet fencing (to protect the LVP flooring it sits on), and it works admirably.Note that the red strips that cover the adhesive come off easily and sometimes accidentally, so bear that in mind when applying it.

These were easy enough to install. 10' was plenty to give good coverage on all 4 doors. I had bought some several years ago for my older truck so I have something to compare it to. The other ones I purchased didn't have the adhesive but a little deeper channel so that they went on and stayed on. The adhesive made it a little trickier to install. Also it didn't conform around the door edge perfectly so I feel like dirt will get in easier. With that said, with dirt getting in you will need to remove the rubber to clean the door and since there is adhesive I'm not sure that you will be able to put it back on which is why I think I liked my older set better. Even though it didn't have adhesive it would stay on, I could take it off to clean and easily install back on. I also have some contours in my door edge and in those particular areas it didn't have good form fitting. After a few days of being on it has held well and looks good. I'd recommend because it will help from leaving a door ding the car next to you when your kids get out and the door gets away from them but I feel the product could be a little better.

I cut a hole for cables through a perforated metal shelf, which left super jagged edges which would rip the cables to shreds. So I got this to cover the cut edges. It's adhesive on both sides, and easy to cut, and made the whole solution look like it was meant to be like that. Exactly what I needed. Won't bend around tight angles easily, but my hole was a square so I eye-cut mitred edges.

Bought a pair of metal squat wedges to use with resistance bands but they were a little rough where the bands went through. Wrote to the company and they recommended this trim. Excellent quality, very easy to use and it did the job. Will be ordering a larger size trim for my dumbell holder.
