Bought this tubing to make an arborist slingshot as I didn't want to pay the big bucks for one already made and it works perfectly! I looked around for a while for this tubing as some complained that what they got from other vendors had various problems like permanent folds and such but this came in perfect shape. I even looked at tubing at the local A_e hardware and theirs was evidently so old that it was sticky inside. This tubing was not and easily slid over the 3/16" metal rod that I used for the slingshot.It should be known that I tried to copy what I saw (more or less) in the online pics and have a shop with all of the necessary tools and stock to create it so this solution isn't for everyone, but since I could, I did.I recommend this tubing for this particular purpose but it would probably be fine if you want to run fluid through it as well.

while this is 'just rubber tubing' the elastic properties make this really great stuff. those big water bottles are too large to fit in the sink for filling with RO water. this allows the jugs to sit on the floor and the stretched tubing fits over the RO outlet and guides the water to the jug...great stuff.
