Fairly easy to change out. This product has no manual flush as in one of the pictures and video showing how to install it. It says it is made by Rubbermaid and box/product shows no indication RubberMaid had anything to do with it. It may be subcontracted to a company called TC. The initials TC are on top of it instead of RubberMaid like the first picture in the ad. It is installed now but now it needs to be uninstalled once I find an autoflush that also has the manual flush button. A lot of time is wasted and I feel deceived.

We weren't able to use this with our new urinal because it required a manual flusher already installed to replace.The description did not include that. Also, the paperwork that came with it was very vague and it was broken

Installed 4 of these in our larger washroom in the building to replace the manual handles (that no one ever used). Had to find the right adapter kits but was easy to put in once I had everything. They have been working for a year now with no issues. Found them easy to adjust water flow and activation range, and haven't had to replace any batteries yet. These have been a big improvement in our high traffic washrooms and were a much cheaper option than ones quotes by the plumbing contractors ($5,500).
