Just replaced my old 20-year-old Rubber Maid two shelf cart with this one. These are very rugged carts with lots of workspace on top. I work as a boat mechanic and have found these carts too be so much better and affordable than Snap-On, Matco, or other tool manufactures. The added drawers are great for my tools, and the locking wheels are a nice upgrade that comes standard with the cart. Plus, since they are plastic, they do not damage or scratch paint or gelcoat if I roll it into a boat by accident. Add some indoor/outdoor carpet to the top and drawers for liners and you have a nice work cart.

This is a GREAT product, but the shipping is a disaster. I bought one last month and loved it: super easy setup, well made, perfect for any job. That said, I've tried to buy a second one since and have had to return three in a row. The packaging is not made to withstand a cross country trip at the hands of UPS or FedEx. The product has arrived damaged twice and once now missing all of the hardware. Package this product better or lose out on great sales.

Love it! Best tool cart ever.Only down side is the key locks. They don't work very well and are tricky to use.

At the time of delivery both locking mechanisms were damaged. The large was entirely inoperable while the lock for the smaller draws jams more often than not. The bottom of the smaller drawers is very difficult to close all the way, and then trying to lock it is a frustrating experience.

Carts are alright: However shipping through NSD took forever: they left my in a limbo for over a week. When I am purchasing over 10 units I expect to get good service. Wish it would of been a better experience.
