The keys fit as if they are replacement keys. I do not know about the lock pieces itself but the keys were a perfect fit.

I purchased these to replace the locks on commercial Rubbermaid Executive High Security Janitorial carts and they do not fit. The metal "lock" that flips up and down when the key is turned is about 1/4 inch too long and won't allow the key to fully turn thus NOT locking the doors or the top sliding unit. The quality of the item is there, but they didn't work for what we needed.
