It doesn't hold my pictures securely and feels cheap overall. Additionally, the color was not as described, which made it even more frustrating. I expected better for the price. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a durable and attractive frame.

This metal tufting frame is nice to use. Not very fun to assemble though! The instructions were a little unclear and not all of the pics match (one of the pictures shows a set of braces in the wrong spot) or don't show important details (make sure the clamps you use to join the bars aren't in the channel facing your working side) but eventually I put the thing together.I was able to get the fabric super taut on the frame once I got used to the twist pins. Make sure you have some clamps, I used some bent nose needle nose ones I had with comfortable handles, otherwise your hands will be angry with you.I have the bottom cross beam a bit to the front to hold it down with my foot like the listing says and it's handy. I'm sure you could weigh it down somehow if the foot doesn't work. The height of this frame really calls for sitting.I don't know if i will adjust the frame size much, messing with the frame is not my favorite. But I really like it as is and got good results on it.

This tufting frame was easy to assemble with clear instructions. I'm on the fence with the pins that hold the cloth to the frame. It does seem to hold well but it's harder to tighten and stretch the cloth. With the carpet tack strip you can simply pull and hood the fabric. The pins take a bit more work to adjust things. If you really don't want to constantly jab yourself though, I can see where the pins are a plus.

Love this tufting frame! Quick and easy to assemble, nice large size that you'll find perfect and versatile enough for a variety of rugs, and the method of attaching the monk's cloth with the little clips is very interesting -- as someone who is accident prone, I appreciate not stabbing myself or scraping against the sharp tacks in some of the more common, wood construction tufting frames that use carpet tacks to hold the fabric in place. Curious to see how these little plastic bits hold up long term, but that aside, I'm very pleased with this tufting frame.

The quality is subpar, with fraying edges and weak stitching. It feels flimsy and doesn't hold my pictures securely. Additionally, the color was not as vibrant as advertised. For the price I paid, I expected much more. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone looking for a durable or aesthetically pleasing frame. Save your money!
