Step 2:remove the 3 m glue in back; Step 3 :heat the 3 m glue by hot air gun;(A tip for putting on with supplied 3 m tape is to warm the handles and the covers this makes the glue on the tape more sticky and they will stay on for ever!) This item was a little difficult to get the backing of the tape but with a little of patience got it done. Looks really nice on my ford and adds a nice look to the car. Fit was perfect
